The Puppy to Pack Roadmap
8 - 16 Weeks: Puppy Visits
Crucial early development. 30-minute home visits focusing on backyard play and basic leash manners without over-tiring fragile joints. *Upon request, we can arrange to bring our friendly dog Elvis along for safe socialisation!
4 - 8 Months: Solo Sniffaris
The teenage transition phase! We upgrade to 45-minute Solo Walks. We load them in the van, practise long-line recall, and build public socialisation safely using the 5-Minute Rule.
12+ Months: Pack Graduate
Ready for the big leagues! Once joints are fully developed and recall is rock-solid, your dog graduates to the main 1-hour Group Walk adventures.
Please note: The timeline above is a general industry guide (following the 5-Minute Rule for puppy exercise). Because different breeds develop at vastly different rates, we strongly advise you to always consult with your vet at all stages of your dog's development. We will gladly tailor our exercise plan to match your vet's specific recommendations to ensure your puppy's long-term health and longevity.
