Our Updated Schedule

To ensure we provide the most focused care, our transport and delivery services operate during the following windows (all services are subject to availability):

• Weekday Kennel Transfers (Friday): Pick-ups and drop-offs available from 4:00 pm onwards.

• Weekend Kennel Transfers (Saturday & Sunday): Available across the Auckland region to suit your weekend plans.

• National Pet Delivery: Dedicated North Island road trips available on request.

Our Services

We operate out of our Auckland hub, providing both local support and regional deliveries.

• Auckland Kennel Transfers: Stuck in traffic or finishing work late? We specialise in after-hours kennel pick-ups (ex Auckland). If needed, we can even integrate your mate into a group walk first so they arrive home happy, socialised, and ready for a quiet night.

• North Island Delivery: We frequently move pets between Auckland and regional towns like Wellington, Taupō, or Napier. Whether it’s an inbound trip or a point-to-point transfer, we've got you covered.

• Group & VIP Options: Choose a Group Booking to share the journey with other friendly mates, or select our VIP Direct Service for a dedicated, one-on-one transfer.

We specialise in making travel easy for every personality, including those who find the road a bit "ruff."

• Anxiety Support: We use natural pheromone support (Adaptil) and visual barriers to create a calming, den-like environment.

   

• Comfort First: Our purpose-built van is fully ventilated and fitted with secure, comfortable crates.

   

• Personal Care: We provide regular hydration and stretch breaks tailored to your dog's age and energy levels.

Important Note: Our standard starting rate is based on a trip within 50km one-way departing from Auckland (ex Auckland). For all other distances, regional pick-ups, or VIP requirements, please get in touch for a custom price. All bookings are subject to availability.
